Extended Freedom Network SIP Terms of Use

1. The system is provided for licensed amateur radio operators only
2. Access to the system is at the discretion of the Extended Freedom Network Admins
3. All users must register using the “google form” and all details must be provided, this is to enable contact if required and also the key security information to allow access to the system
4. Access may be removed at any time by the Extended Freedom Network admin team if a user is found to be abusing the system or operating out with of the terms of their license
5. There is no “service level agreement” and the system is provided on a “best endeavors” basis
6. The data provided on registration will be held by the Extended Freedom Network for the duration of your registration and is used ONLY for the purposes of service provision
7. You may “de-register” at any time by contacting a member of the Extended Freedom Network admin team
8. Any call costs incurred by the user are their own responsibility and the Extended Freedom Network will not be held responsible for any costs incurred
9. It is the responsibility of the user to use the phone portal in accordance with all local laws at the time of operation e.g. use of mobile phones whilst driving. The Extended Freedom Network is not responsible for any legal implications of use….. Please check and observe local laws before use.
